Sandbar sits right on the beach, a scatter of low tables and driftwood stools where the resort meets the sea. It's the easy heart of Azure Bay — the place for a long lunch after a swim, a paddle-side snack, or a cocktail as the sky turns pink and the fire pit comes to life.

The kitchen keeps it fresh and unfussy: ceviche and raw-bar plates, tacos, wood-fired fish and a proper burger, all built for sharing. The bar leans into local citrus and mezcal. Just tell the assistant when you're coming and it'll hold a table by the water.
